The ideal candidate should have a basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, with experience in automotive or HVAC preferred

Job Summary

  • Assist customers to resolve equipment issues by phone and email and learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and assist with electronic board scheduling, work order entry and billing processes.
  • Buy specialized items using standardized procedures and assist with “spot” buys, and perform credit card reconciliation for service technicians.
