The role involves serving as the primary client liaison, assisting with contract negotiations, and performing high-level technical tasks such as analysis, design, and specification reviews.
Candidates will lead proposal development, interview presentations, and mentor project teams while utilizing HNTB's Sophisticated Contracting, Delivery, and Sales Approaches.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8 years of relevant experience
2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
Develop project scope and fee quotation
Manage budget schedule and technical requirements
Nice-to-have
Winning contracting and delivering 4for4 performance
Identifying and escalating risk issues
Leading team with no or few subconsultants
Partners with Client Service Leaders for business development
Leveraging Office Management Team for processes
Key Requirements
