The Manager, Corporate Development will support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic opportunities to accelerate Skylo’s growth.
This role will assist in due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning, while contributing to companies long term planning and investor relations.
The ideal candidate has corporate development or transaction experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Salary
Base: $150,000 - $180,000; Bonus/Equity: stock option based equity program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement plan
