Job Summary

  • The Production Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all of the production employees staffed on their designated shift, as well as plant security.
  • The Production Lead will be hands on, overseeing the activities of their team while completing day-to-day maintenance, repair, or replacement of facility equipment to ensure manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • This role requires 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance and/or lead role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment with exposure to FDA and SQF regulations.
