The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any unauthorized disclosures or resident abuse.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and medical preparations while fostering a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the unit.
