Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Hands-on maintenance experience
  • Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic systems
  • Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Document preventive maintenance using CMMS
  • Adhere to cGMP safety standards

Nice-to-have

  • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Experience with IBM Maximo or SAP
  • Comfortable working 3rd shift nights
  • Ability to gown aseptically in cleanroom

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Technical school program or associate's degree in related discipline
