Job Summary

  • The Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing supervisors, engineering leaders and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Owns the end-to-end performance of the assigned manufacturing area and ensures compliance with ISO13485, GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is 78.300 EUR to 135.700 EUR, with additional benefits including an annual bonus, vacation days, and various well-being programs.

Key Requirements

  • BS in engineering or business, MBA or MS preferred
  • Minimum 6 years related work experience
  • at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience managing compliance
  • Knowledge of lean, six sigma, kaizen
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of SAP desired
