Job Summary
The Inside Sales Engineer will be primarily responsible for Quotation Support, Design Optimization and technical compliance, Special Price Requests, margin calculations, Data entries and updating into internal tools like salesforce.com, distributor agreement portal etc.
Supporting department sales team telephonically and over emails on product documentation, customer calls etc.
In addition, this role will be responsible for close working relationship with channel, sales, product management & Technical Product Support Specialist on phone and emails.
