Key Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Completion of accredited Oncology/Hematology Fellowship
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Board eligible or certified in Medical Oncology
  • Active DEA certification required
  • Ability to meet Ohio medical licensure requirements
