Job Summary
The primary responsibility is performing a variety of duties in general preventive maintenance, repair, and custodian functions across the college facilities and grounds.
This position serves as a point person for specific areas of expertise and acts as a backup to the Facilities Manager when needed.

Valid Colorado driver's license required
Experience with electrical and plumbing systems
Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration repair
