The Consumer Insights - RTD team are strategic business partners to the Brand Teams across all of these brands and their role is to inspire consumer love and empathy through consumer closeness and by being the voice of the consumers.
As a Global RTD Consumer Insights at Crystal, you will work with the Global Insights Team as a strategic business partner, leveraging consumer understanding to guide and challenge strategy, planning & activation development.
Your key responsibilities include contributing to develop RTD Crystal’s long-term ambition and strategy based on robust consumer, shopper and category insights and helping identify innovation opportunities based on consumer insights to input to strategy and recommended action.
