Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the WDP Agile Release Train, leading and facilitating PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt events, and Scrum of Scrums.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining mission continuity and delivery predictability.

Key Requirements
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10 years of prior relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience leading Agile teams or programs in a SAFe or large-scale Agile environment
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile certification
Work Rights
