Job Summary

  • The Director will support the strategic development and execution of business by building and proactively managing strong export and import compliance programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
  • This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels across multiple countries.
  • The position reports directly to the Chief Trade Compliance Counsel and involves regular interaction with senior management and the Corporate International Trade Compliance Office.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law or International Trade
  • At least 10 years of trade compliance experience
  • Expertise in ITAR, EAR, Customs regulations
  • Knowledge of UK and other countries’ export/import laws
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by law
