Job Summary
The Specialist will provide administrative program support to the TRIO program in STEM fields and offer one-on-one academic coaching, group tutoring, and educational services to students.
Responsibilities include updating participant files, tracking student progress, developing retention strategies, identifying and recruiting participants, maintaining a student caseload, and supervising Peer Tutors.
The role involves assisting with planning and facilitating student workshops, orientations, and special events, as well as collaborating with department deans to create course syllabi for the SSS STEM area.
