  • The Senior TA Manager, China is accountable for end to end talent acquisition delivery, team leadership, and TA project execution across assigned business segments within GE HealthCare China.
  • This role is a hands on TA leader who partners closely with business leaders and HR to deliver hiring outcomes, lead and develop a high performing TA team, and drive TA initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability of recruitment.
  • Lead and manage TA-related projects and initiatives across China, from planning through execution and stabilization with desired speed and quality.
