Job Summary
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all Assets classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Asset and Strategy Indices) underlying the index development, maintenance and process automation.
Perform daily Index Monitoring and Surveillance activities and coordinate across three locations (New York, Hong Kong, Prague).
Coordinate development with engineering for further technical development and improvement of Index Operations processes.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field
Three (3) years of experience
Utilizing financial instruments
Experience with BMR, MAR, UCITS, EU Paris-Aligned Benchmark Regulations
Performing financial modeling
Utilizing data analysis tools
Utilizing technologies including oracle, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform
Utilizing digital tools including Python, SQL and XML
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks
