Job Summary
The Midwife Officer will coordinate and implement effective MCH activities for emergency health and nutrition responses, ensuring timely and appropriate service delivery in line with international standards.
Responsibilities include providing antenatal care, post-natal care, delivery services, newborn care, family planning counseling, and linking survivors to SGBV services.
The role requires liaising with other services such as Nutrition, U5 health, Adult health, SGBV, and Hygiene & sanitation, and representing IRC at S RH meetings at Woreda level.
