Job Summary

  • Partner directly with leaders across operations, billing, and technology to improve systems, document processes, and drive execution on high-impact initiatives that support growth across new and existing states.
  • Serve as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales operations, technology / point solution integration, process optimization, reporting, and more.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve internal SOPs and workflows; key deliverable in Year 1 being buildout of Company Wiki.
