Job Summary
As the primary responsible person and liaison for branch brand operations, customer planning, and value mining, you will be responsible for local brand public relations, localized public welfare and brand activities, reputation risk management, and training, strengthening AIA's brand awareness, reputation, and differentiation in the local market to support business development and expansion.
In terms of customer planning, you will extract local market intelligence and customer insights, deeply mine customer value, coordinate branch customer experience optimization journeys, plan and promote customer platforms and activities, fully leverage the role of 'customer acquisition - customer retention - customer engagement - conversion', and promote channel business development to achieve win-win synergy.
You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of local brand exposure, improving local brand awareness; responsible for brand system review, ensuring the standardization and uniformity of the local brand image.
