Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), meals, maintaining resident information, and reporting any changes in resident condition.
  • This role requires assisting residents with personal care needs, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
