This role supports the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute by caring for post-operative cardiothoracic and interventional cardiology patients.
The position operates in a decentralized model with high autonomy, requiring the pharmacist to serve as a medication expert for complex cardiovascular populations.
Candidates will work Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 8pm with no weekends, overnight shifts, or only one major holiday per year.
