Salary
Base: $103,200 - $197,600 annually; California: $136,400 - $197,600; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and potential equity awards

7+ years program management experience
Cloud or data platform environments
Data lifecycle and ETL/ELT pipelines
Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Jira and Confluence proficiency

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
