Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Accommodation Support Worker to provide consistent support to young men, women and families with implementation of case management plans.
• The program works intensively with young people to address issues that contribute to their unique experience of crisis & homelessness, with a particular focus on assisting young people to develop life and living skills to prepare for independence.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Welfare or related field
• Degree qualification preferred
• Relevant experience in Social Service environment
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
• Valid VIC Working with Children Check
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
