** 608 Vets is seeking a full-time Client Care Advisor to join their veterinary practice across three locations in the UK. The role involves front-line customer service, problem-solving, and administrative tasks to support clients and their pets, with a focus on providing compassionate care. **

Job Summary

  • Our client care team are the first point of contact for our clients, both existing and new, and are therefore responsible for representing the business in a professional and enthusiastic manner and for giving our clients confidence in our award-winning care.
  • Successful applicants will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think outside of the box whilst operating within the rules set by various governing bodies, including the Royal College of Veterinary Standards.
