Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and assisting with medical tests and physical examinations.
  • This role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, reporting changes in resident conditions, and cooperating with other facility personnel to ensure adequate nursing services.
