Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Prior consulting experience with software companies
  • Managing medium to large enterprise deployments

Nice-to-have

  • Business development and service sales experience
  • Executive presence and strong influencing skills
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
  • Overseeing third-party vendors on projects

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) level
  • 6+ years of demonstrable project management experience
  • 8+ years for Principal Engagement Manager (P5) track
  • Working knowledge of Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Ellucian
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and resolve project issues
