Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 7 years experience OR Master's degree + 3 years experience
  • Experience with large-scale assessment programs
  • Experience with operational testing environments
  • Experience developing high-stakes or aptitude test content
  • Experience supporting human subjects research
  • Ability to obtain DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check
  • National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check
