Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • English: Intermediate–Advanced (mandatory)
  • Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, ASQ CQE, or similar certifications
  • Working knowledge in audits, APQP, PPAP, or manufacturing/supplier quality roles
  • Working knowledge supporting international suppliers
  • Working knowledge interacting with suppliers outside Mexico
  • Understanding of PPAP / APQP processes
