The Hotel Manager follows Accor/Raffles protocols for expense approval and obtains primary agreement from the General Manager and Financial Controller for expenditures requiring their approval.
The role involves managing operational teams to achieve performance objectives, including gross operating profit, EBITDA, RevPar Index, Guest Satisfaction, LQA, Forbes Travel Guide, Hygiene Audit, and Employee Engagement.

Key Requirements
