The Director, Process Chemistry is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from the clinical pipeline and directing a team of process chemists supporting API campaigns and commercial manufacturing route development.
This role requires strong leadership skills to recruit, appraise, and develop approximately 15 scientists while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
