Job Summary
Own the Professional Services P&L ($7.5M), including bookings/revenue, gross margin, utilization, and delivery cost structure.
Lead the creation of customer-funded custom solutions that are commercially scoped, technically sound, and reusable where possible.
Partner with Product/Engineering and Service Management to feed field learnings into roadmap priorities and improve deployability/supportability of the product.

Base: $158,900 USD - $295,100 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit plans
