Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information accurately, reporting changes in condition, and assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
The position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves physical demands such as lifting and prolonged standing/walking.
