Job Summary

  • On a daily basis, you will perform a wide range of project- and service-related tasks for our customers.
  • This position will be focused on ANDRITZ VIB profilers, as well as other products for SMART products for the Pulp Mill, Stock Preparation area, and board and paper machines.

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, mechatronics or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles
  • Understanding of the pulp and paper manufacturing process is preferred
  • Experience with data communications links between PLC and DCS
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with instrumentation and electrification
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license
