Must-have
Operate SMT and production equipment
Follow safety and quality procedures
Use measuring instruments and inspection tools
Execute production tasks from process sheets
Monitor equipment performance and report issues

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Familiarity with ERP or production software
Basic knowledge of ISO and AS9100 standards

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
0–4 years manufacturing or machine operation experience
Ability to read drawings and perform basic shop math
Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
U.S. Person status required for ITAR-controlled data access
Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
