Job Summary
The Service Operations Manager, Project System Business (APAC) is responsible for leading regional service operations and technical support for mtu power generation systems, with a strong focus on data centre (hyperscale and mission-critical) applications.
This role provides 2nd Level technical leadership and service governance across APAC, supporting distributors, project teams, and key accounts.

Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline
Mandatory experience in Data Centre / Mission-Critical / Hyperscale environments
Proven experience supporting or managing APAC regional service operations
Experience with Series 4000, 2000, 1600 engines
Experience with control systems, automation, and software (e.g. FOXBAT, EnergetIQ)
Experience in commissioning, root cause analysis, and failure investigation
Ability to operate at both hands-on technical and strategic service operations level
