Job Summary

  • You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, BAU and continuous improvement of global network operations and monitoring services.
  • You will lead and optimize Global Network Operations and Monitoring services to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of the enterprise network.
  • This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Global Network Operations and Monitoring services, ensuring network proactive monitoring, stability across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Requirements

  • Monitoring or observability tool certifications (preferred)
