• The SFS team manages a portfolio of private equity fund clients and delivers fund-level financing solutions, strategic advisory, and holistic banking services.
• Primary responsibilities include originating, structuring, underwriting, and executing subscription credit facilities for sponsors with AUM > $1 billion, while also ensuring relationship coverage across the fund family.
