Manages and oversees the daily operations of the facility ensuring cost-effective facility operations in accordance with all legal, compliance and regulatory requirements and programs.
Collaborates closely with the Clinical Manager/Charge RN and Medical Director to ensure outstanding quality of patient care and compliance with company policies.
Supports and drives FMS quality standards through meeting regulatory requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
