Be the first point of contact for new patients in the International Normalized Ratio (INR) testing program, helping them start their health journey with confidence and support.
Manage both outbound and inbound calls through the patient and clinic call center, consistently meeting quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Salary
Base: $19.00-$29.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement
