The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for preparing and administering medications, transcribing physician's orders, and charting nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner.
This role requires participation in staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and ensuring quality care plans are implemented and maintained.
