Job Summary
Coordinate the underwriting process from inquiry to policy closing, including risk assessment for M&A transactions and preparation of standard contracts.
Participate in and follow up on underwriting calls, prepare and negotiate policies with clients and their lawyers, and handle administrative tasks.
Foster relationships with Private Equity firms, Inhouse M&A departments, Investment Banking teams, specialized insurance brokers, and law firms.
