Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
15 years relevant industry experience or MBA/PhD with 10 years
Experience managing direct reports
Pharmaceutical or consulting experience in oncology pipeline strategy
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience in at least two major geographies
Experience with confidential business development assessments
