Key Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry
6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence, or target operating model design/implementation within Insurance
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle
Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working
Experience delivering large scale program initiatives
Strong track record of delivery, driving business development
