• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Material Sciences
• 3+ years customer quality management experience
• Automotive, power battery, or energy storage industry experience preferred
• Proficient in 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, DOE
• Skilled in on-site failure verification and battery system fault diagnosis
• Strong analytical ability using Minitab, Excel, Power BI
• Experience in customer interface management and audit coordination
• Familiar with battery pack production processes
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Able to adapt to business trips
