Must-have

  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP standards
  • Experience drafting technical accounting memos
  • CPA, ACA, or ACCA active qualification required
  • Big 4 or public accounting background preferred
  • Experience with pre-IPO or public company context

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience at pre-IPO technology companies
  • Familiarity with multi-entity consolidated reporting
  • NetSuite or comparable ERP system experience
  • Knowledge of FX accounting and intercompany eliminations

Key Requirements

  • Active CPA, ACA, or ACCA certification

  • US East Coast timezone location required
  • Experience with ASC 606, 718, 842, 805, 360
