Job Summary
As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for performing daily facilities and building maintenance and responding to customer service requests with a customer-centric attitude.
You will work with outside contractors, verify labor and materials, and ensure projects conform to engineering standards, safety practices, and building codes.
The position requires meeting work schedules including overtime, weekends, and on-call responses, and may include additional tasks such as AV setup, mail deliveries, and stocking break areas.
