The role is responsible for supporting the stability, performance, and compliance of enterprise applications and billing operations within Imagine’s IT business application environment.
It involves providing first- and second-level support, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members or vendors when necessary.
The position supports system integration, routine maintenance, compliance with security policies, and contributes to process improvement initiatives to align application and billing support with business requirements.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Telecom and IT operations experience
Proficiency in PHP, Java, Python, SQL
Experience with Unix environments and FTP
Knowledge of BSS/OSS and cloud platforms
Application and billing system support
System integration and middleware expertise
Compliance with security policies

Experience with ESBs and API gateways

Key Requirements
