Job Summary
Manage and execute key People&Culture (P&C) processes across the organization, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring P&C initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively.
Suggest new initiatives to improve P&C and organizational efficiency, improve brand awareness and employee experience.
