The consultant will develop a system that enables real-time communication between WVK and communities, ensuring accountability and transparency in feedback management. **

  • World Vision Kenya (WVK) is implementing its Digital Transformation Strategy FY 2026–2030, which prioritizes strengthening data governance, digital integration, business process automation, and—most critically—digital community engagement and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, ICT4D, or related field
  • 7–10 years of professional experience
  • Proven experience designing and deploying digital beneficiary feedback systems
  • Experience with SMS/USSD platforms, workflow automation, dashboards, reporting, and integrations
  • Demonstrated experience with safeguarding, AAP, and data protection frameworks
