World Vision Kenya (WVK) is seeking a Digital Consultant to design and implement a digital Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM) as part of its Digital Transformation Strategy. The consultant will develop a system that enables real-time communication between WVK and communities, ensuring accountability and transparency in feedback management.

The consultancy will design, configure, pilot, and operationalize a fully functional end‑to‑end digital Community Feedback Mechanism in line with the Digital Blueprint, safeguarding standards, and data protection requirements.
World Vision Kenya (WVK) is implementing its Digital Transformation Strategy FY 2026–2030, which prioritizes strengthening data governance, digital integration, business process automation, and—most critically—digital community engagement and accountability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, ICT4D, or related field
7–10 years of professional experience
Proven experience designing and deploying digital beneficiary feedback systems
Experience with SMS/USSD platforms, workflow automation, dashboards, reporting, and integrations
Demonstrated experience with safeguarding, AAP, and data protection frameworks
