Job Summary
The role is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of facilities maintenance services that supports the Group’s strategic and operational objectives.
A key focus is on service delivery, driving efficiencies, reducing cost and mitigating risk associated with management of the Group’s properties, and facilities services provided.
Manage budgets and capital investments, assist with preparation of annual Opex / maintenance budgets, CAPEX initiatives, and regular review of premises financials.
